Measured drawing and assembly for Proper Variable Radius Sanding Jig

Acrylic Centering Guide For Obrien Neck Jig?

Does anyone have a laser cutter/engraver file for the Acrylic centerline guide for the O'Brien Neck Jig? I can't find any replacement parts and was hoping to simply make my own. Its the most susceptible piece on the jig and my students can be rough on those.

I think Greg at Skyscraper Guitars manufactures replacement parts for the LMI neck angle jig. I know he has made replacement templates in the past and upgraded them tot he new ones he puts on my jig.…
