1915 Washburn damaged bridge plate

I have a 1915 Washburn parlor that just walked through the door. Bridge plate is pretty chipped out and led to a top crack and the bridge pulling up. The plate is tucked in the kerfing so removal isn't an option. Anyone ever dealt with this sorta thing before?

Tuners for 1952 Gibson LG-1

Just had this roll into the shop and us dire need of new tuners. Does anybody have any recommendations that are compatible with minimal modification?

I just chatted with Joel Wilkens on this subject and he recommends cutting it 50/50 with water. He still recommends against drinking it.
