I’m putting together the parts for a partscaster and was hoping to buy a large volume knob for it. Looking for something like the one on the Earthquaker Acapulco pedal. I'm trying to touch up a finish ding and a couple of sand through spots on a black, mid-2010s MIM Fender Telecaster Deluxe, and I'm having a really hard time doing it well. I've got this Telecaster pickup (1969). The pickup works. Is it possible to flatten the top without gluing it down to the windings? Clamping lightly with a caul slotted for the magnets seats it nicely but I'm not sure how to make it stay there. Any experience with this? Suggestions?

I’m having problems with a 4 way wiaring for a telecaster. Everything is connected correctly. But it seens like when I’m not touching the guitar it buzzes with just the light pocking at the metal parts

Today's atrocity is this 1975 '72 Telecaster Custom with a formerly "repaired" gash in the neck at the 11th fret. The customer says she bought it that way in the early '80s and does not know the former service history. I doubt that she is responsible for all that play wear.
