Hey everyone, recently I've been getting more requests for neck resets from customers, and up until this point I haven't been offering them since I don't have the practical experience. I'm keen to change this, and I've borrowed my fathers Harmony H167 that has seen better days. I've done an initial cleaning and assessment, the truss rod works although I may need to force it into a backbow to have a fully adjustable neck. This shouldn't be much of an issue. I'm also going to need to address the bridge which is lifting, but more concerning than this is the fact that I'm fairly certain the saddle/bridge are placed incorrectly (I'll need to confirm this).

My main concerns are the sinking of the top and the neck delaminating from the body.

-What would be the order of operations here and how would you address a guitar like this in general? Would it be best to remove the neck, do a preliminary cleaning of the joint and see where it roughly lies on the body? Or would you start by taking measurements and getting into the math?

-As for the sinking of the top, I'm guessing this is due to a lack of humidity within the guitar, and also a possible lack of bracing. I have checked the braces and they are attached firmly to the top and back. How would you address this?
