My name is Dan, and I'm an amplifieroholic.
Bought this one recently, as non-working amp, looking to up my amp tech chops. It's clearly been worked on - looks like all but two eyelet board caps have been replaced, the original firecracker filter caps still in place, and a whole lot of weirdness with resistors throughout the amp.
Broken resistor leads coming of V4 pin 2 could very well be the proximate cause of non-functionality (the amp was apparently working shortly before it wasn't).
I have a good schematic, and am in the process of tracing out the layout into DIYLC. Ultimately, though, I expect I'll be wanting to rebuild it to original specs.
I realize this forum isn't all that active, but hope Luke and others will chime in with thoughts.
Dan
