Fretboard thickness?
I'm currently re-cad drawing my instruments, and I always wandered what other builderd use as standard fretboard thicnkess (before radiusing). I usually used 6mm over the years but I'm considering switching to a more thick 7.5mm. Mostly cause I have a wide collection of curly ebony I finally decide to use, and those are about 8mm thick, and seem a waste to thickness-sand 2mm of it.
What's yours? Or, there's a more 'ridgid' standard about it that I never knew?
