James Roadman

I run an independent guitar repair and restoration shop in San Antonio, Texas, by appointment. I work on guitars, basses, and other fretted instruments, handling everything from setups to structural repairs and full restorations. My work covers fret work, nut and saddle work, bridge and structural repairs, electronics, pickup winding and repair, and engraving. I also build custom parts using machine tools, and I use CAD, CNC, and 3D printing in both repair and fabrication. Alongside the repair work, I manufature tooling for myself and other luthiers, host the 3D Club, and write for The Looth Group.
