54' SJ-200 Bridge replacement....

Well, I have exhausted all the internet can offer for options for a replacement bridge. The customer, long ago, removed a ton of material from the bottom(!!!!) of the bridge, and now that ive taken this guitar on as a restoration, its up to me to make a new bridge. I have found some ultra small pattern bits, and round-over bits to do the inside of the mustache flush, but I can not for the life of me decided how im going to cut the bulk…

More Tanglewood bridge issues

The COE reviewed this bridge disaster in January, a Tanglewood acoustic given to me that had the bridge ripped off as well as some of the underlying top, and an attempted repair with spruce veneer (COE video link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlpOIWQrAlw&t=2685s). Sweeping a sketch

I am currently drawing up my bridge design in Fusion 360. It has been a lot of fun and has gone really well so far. But I am a little stuck on rounding over the belly. I could easily put a fillet on it. But I want a little more round over on one side than the other. So I made a sketch on a plane of the curve I want to have.
