Gerry Hayes runs Haze Guitars from his workshop in Lucan, offering guitar repair, setup, and lutherie work to players across Ireland. With more than twenty years of hands-on experience working on everything from vintage acoustics to shiny-new, pointy guitars, Gerry brings a practical, detail-focused approach to every instrument that comes through the door. Alongside his repair work, Gerry is one of the most widely-read writers on guitar electronics and wiring, with his book Complete Guitar Wiring reaching players and technicians worldwide. He also publishes the Sketchy Setups series of setup guides and a regular newsletter about stuff he's learned or is working on.
